We cover buying and sourcing, organizing, cleaning, photography, listing, selling, shipping and customer service. Everyone has a different way of running their business, this is how we run ours. Check out Pixelmator, the app Ryanne mentions for quick and easy photo editing for the Mac. Also we mentioned using GarageSale for laying out a template for your listings.
